Orders & Shipping

Standard domestic shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for 2-3 business day delivery. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $1,000. For orders under $1,000, standard shipping is $95 and express shipping is $145.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.
