International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Every shipment is fully insured and includes tracking.
  • Items are carefully packaged in our signature luxury packaging.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or engraved items cannot be returned.
  • Home fragrance items (candles, diffusers) that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@gaialuxuryinteriors.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item(s) back using a tracked and insured shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@gaialuxuryinteriors.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
